How can I check the status of my order?
Once an order has been placed, it is sent as quickly as possible to one of our fulfillment centers, where your item will be posted.
You can contact us within the first 48 hours for a full refund for any reason.

How do I place an order?
Simply choose your items from the drop-down menu on the product page and click the "Buy Now" button, then follow the steps to complete your order. We will prepare it and send you a confirmation email when your package is shipped!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. You can also pay via PayPal.
For payments with an Aurore card, Carte Bancaire, Maestro, or other debit cards, you must pay via PayPal, even if you do not have an account.
To do this, simply select "Buy with PayPal" on the shopping cart page. You will then be able to select "Pay with a credit or debit card" on the next page. Then, enter your country (France), and under the card type, you will be able to select your card.
